NETREACH is a cloud-based remote management platform for MikroTik routers. It works by establishing a secure SSTP VPN tunnel between your router and our CHR (Cloud Hosted Router) server. Once connected, you can monitor router status, generate configuration scripts, and manage your routers from any device through a centralized dashboard.

Basic MikroTik knowledge is helpful, but NETREACH is designed to simplify the process. We provide auto-generated configuration scripts that you simply paste into your MikroTik terminal — no manual command entry required. A video tutorial is also available on each router's script page.

Any MikroTik device running RouterOS v6.45 or later that supports SSTP client is compatible. This includes popular models such as the hEX series, RB series, CCR, and most home/office routers. Ensure your device has internet access before connecting.

Go to the Billing page, choose a plan, and follow the 4-step payment wizard. Select your payment method (GCash or Maya), scan the QR code to complete the payment, enter your reference number and upload a screenshot as proof of payment. Our admin will verify and activate your subscription typically within a few hours.

We currently accept GCash and Maya (PayMaya). Both are Philippine digital wallets. After sending the payment, you must submit your transaction reference number and a screenshot through the billing portal for verification.

Once your payment screenshot is submitted, our admin reviews and activates your subscription manually. This typically takes a few minutes to a few hours during business hours. You will receive an email notification once your subscription is approved and activated.

When your subscription expires, all your managed routers will be automatically disabled on the VPN server — meaning they will lose remote access. Router configurations are retained in your account for 20 days after expiry. After 20 days, all router configurations are permanently deleted from the CHR server.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from the Billing page. Note that downgrading to a lower or equal plan is not permitted — upgrades only. When you upgrade, your previous subscription is cancelled and replaced with the new plan.

Yes. Your personal information and router configurations are stored securely and are never shared with any third party. All connections between your router and our CHR server use SSTP VPN encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. You can also enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional account security.

First, verify that the SSTP client on your router shows the "R" (running) flag in Interfaces. Check that the VPN username and password match exactly what is shown in your router details. Ensure your router has a stable internet connection and that port 443 is not blocked by your ISP. If the issue persists, try re-running the generated script or contact our support team.

Yes. The number of routers you can manage depends on your subscription plan: Free Trial allows 1 router, Pro allows up to 3, Business allows up to 5, and Business Pro allows unlimited routers.

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan has been activated and payment has been verified. If you experience service issues, please contact our support team before requesting a cancellation so we can resolve the problem.
